Summer Chef Series: An Evening with Chef Shelby Sieg

Join us for a spectacular evening of dining in our third installment of our Summer Chef Series featuring Chef Shelby Sieg
All dinners in our series include a minimum of 4 courses and have the option of adding wine pairings for $50. The night will begin at the boat dock with a group cruise offered by Carlton Landing Boat Club. The dinner will begin at 7pm and will be hosted in our Residence Club Unit 6. This is an evening not to be missed!
The Evening’s Menu:
1st: Chilled corn gazpacho with pickled fresno chile and cilantro crema
2nd: Roasted lamb and tomato salad with pomegranate and salsa verde
3rd: Lobster risotto with nasturtium and English peas
4th: Sweet corn semifreddo with cherry compote and thyme shortbread
Shelby is the Executive Chef of The Pritchard in the Plaza District. Growing up, Shelby spent her summers and holidays with her grandmother in Edmond and has always called Oklahoma home. She attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute, graduating with an associate degree in Patisserie and Baking. Shelby ventured to Dallas and New York City to explore the culinary world before heading back home to Oklahoma. where she was a part of the opening team at The George Prime Steakhouse as the Executive Pastry Chef alongside Executive Chef Josh Valentine and Chef de Cuisine Chad Willis. Though her background is primarily pastry, Shelby was excited when she heard a new restaurant opening in the Plaza District was searching for an Executive Chef. Always seeking to challenge herself, she jumped at the chance, and has been the Executive Chef of The Pritchard since its opening in 2016. She travels the globe as much as she can, always gathering inspiration from the amazing places and people she is fortunate enough to see and meet.
