About Ginger & Gerardo:
Ginger knew from the time she was a little girl that she wanted to be a chef, and she knew it would take a special man with the same dream it to work. Almost upon meeting, Gerardo and Ginger started their own casual dining restaurant in historic downtown, Guthrie. Gerardo named the restaurant, The Sweet Pea, fittingly after Ginger. As the years went by, their vision adapted. Now, Ginger teaches culinary arts at Francis Tuttle Technology Center, where she gets to share her love and passion for cooking with other like-minded students. Gerardo runs their small farm in Guthrie called Come to the Table Farms. They mainly market grass-fed Angus beef and grass-fed lamb. Gerardo and Ginger are both huge supporters of local farmers and want to help bridge the gap between them and the American family’s dinner table. They are excited to offer their selection to Carlton Landing!
