Every Friday night Chef Josh Valentine and our Town Farmer Derick Refner will come together to create an extraordinary outdoor meal that is truly one of kind. Josh and Derick will choose only the best produce from our farm, pull fish from the lake, gather the best meats from the state, and forage around the land to make sure each meal is unique and delicous. Almost all cooking will be done over fire to create the authentic outdoor flavors that can only exist in such a special place. Oklahoma beer and wine from Water’s Edge Winery will be available for those who wish to partake.
