Summer Chef Series: Ben Alexander of Bull in the Alley

Join us for a spectacular evening of dining in the fourth installment of our Summer Chef Series featuring Chef Ben Alexander. Ben Alexander has been in the industry cooking for 20 years. Ben is the Chef Partner at The Tavern and also the Bull in the Alley. He cooks eclectic food, which means he cooks food from all corners of the earth and tries to make food approachable, but maybe something a little different. All dinners in our series include a minimum of 4 courses and have the option of adding wine pairings for $50. Hosted in one of our air-conditioned Residence Club units, this is a Summer evening that you won’t want to miss! Menu:
Course one- Steak Tartare, cured egg yolk, capers
Course two- Tomatillo Gazpacho w/ pickled shrimp
Course three- Ahi tuna, grilled corn relish, pineapple emulsion
Course four- Sous Vide Beef, Bone Marrow Chimichurri, farmers market vegetables, creamy polenta
Course five- Meyer lemon Tartletts, lavender cream
