Parks & Pools

From the wooded shores of Lake Eufaula to neighborhood pools and parks, abundant water and vibrant greenery define and beautify the Carlton Landing landscape.

•   Pavilion Park

Pavilion Park acts as the Carlton Landing welcome mat. Situated at the north end of the park, a beautiful pavilion serves as a stage for concerts and social functions, as well as a forum for guest speakers. The park is designed to accommodate a variety of events, from festive neighborhood barbecues to memorable wedding receptions.

•   Boardwalk Pool

Located at the intersection of Boulevard and Boardwalk, the pool is a short stroll from all homes in the Town Center. Soak up the sun in a teak lounge chair or find relief in the cool shade of a vine-covered pergola. Shower off in the private bathhouses available on either side of the signature Boardwalk Pool tower. The kids love the splash pad, and the hot tub stays open late into the evening for relaxing times with good friends.

•   Firefly Park

Surrounded by cottage lots, Firelfy Park is a tree-lined open space that can accommodate a large gathering, pick-up football game, or just tossing around a Frisbee with friends. In the event of a medical emergency, the park also serves as a helicopter-landing site.

•   The Nature Center

Encompassing outdoor amenities and miles of trails, the Carlton Landing Nature Center offers residents and visitors an opportunity to reconnect with the natural world. Through partnership with The Nature Conservancy, the Nature Center offers exhibits and outdoor learning environments to the students of Carlton Landing Academy and visiting students from schools across the region.A phasing plan calls for expanding the trail system over several years. The Nature Center is presented by the Carlton Landing Community Foundation, Inc., an Oklahoma not-for-profit.
