The Neighborhood Pool
Our first pool will capture the essence of Carlton Landing, a simple, authentic and beautiful space to play and relax.
Trails
The beginning of a trail system will begin next summer - giving the opportunity for hiking, jogging and mountain biking along the lake and through the forests of Carlton Landing.
Beachfront Area
Carlton Landing beach will be in the initial clearing phase but ready for use.
Pavilion Park
This park, located on the Boulevard and Ridgeline Road, provides a beautiful shelter in a wooded park and will serve as a place for concerts and small events.
Courtesy Dock and Town Center Cove
Just past the fire-pit is Town Center Cove and our courtesy dock. This is a great swim area, staging for the Boat Club and a great place to relax and watch the sun rise or visit with friends.
Carlton Landing General Store
The General Store be located on the Boulevard adjacent to Pavilion Park. It will offer basic convenience items, coffee and sodas, ice-cream and basic staples. Plan to enjoy great times together over fresh coffee on the porch!
